May Short Term Hybrid Course

The AASM developed the Accredited Sleep Technologist Program (A-STEP) to provide the foundational basis needed to become a registered sleep technologist. From the AASM website:

Developed by expert educators in the field, A-STEP is the premiere education for those pursuing independent study through sleep technology.

Containing both practical and didactic training, A-STEP provides critical education that consists of an 80-Hour Introductory Course and a series of Online Self-Study Modules. Upon completion of the course, you will have the knowledge base necessary to monitor, perform, and execute a variety of sleep studies.

Focus Sleep School's A-STEP training provides everything you need to get started. The Self-Study Modules are made available immediately after registration, and the 80-Hour Introductory Course is provided on-site at our newly remodeled training facility. Once completed, you will receive a certificate indicating your completion of the program.

We now offer students the ability to complete the AHA's Basic Life Support (BLS) training while taking the A-STEP course. To take advantage of this opportunity, simply choose the registration option that includes the BLS add-on.

Your spot for the course is only reserved once your payment has been received. Registration closes one week prior to the conference start date. If you cancel, or make changes, before two weeks prior to the conference start date, you will forfeit $500 of your tuition; however, any changes after this will result in forfeiture of any monies paid.
